The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fernandez misses with a body shot.
Fernandez will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Mack shoots for a takedown but Fernandez saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Fernandez tries to score a power double leg takedown but Mack sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Fernandez somewhat.

Mack closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Fernandez's guard.

Oh but Fernandez is tightening it up a little... Mack has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Mack reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Mack taps out! Nice BJJ there by Fernandez!
