Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Knocko Blocko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alex Cordoba (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Cordoba is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: English Fire by CoF. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Alex Cordoba was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Blocko is trying to push Cordoba away but Cordoba has him pressed against the ropes, so he's going nowhere.
Blocko wants to break free but Cordoba has control.
Cordoba tries a body shot but Blocko blocks it.

Cordoba is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the ropes.

Cordoba tries to close the distance and clinch but Blocko swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Cordoba works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Cordoba tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Blocko is able to avoid easily.

Alex Cordoba seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Knocko Blocko's cut is getting worse.
Cordoba has Blocko pressed up against the ropes in a tight Thai clinch. Blocko is arching his back, trying to avoid the knees but a big one sneaks through from Cordoba - that's hurt Blocko badly! Oh, another knee lands and Blocko is covering up! The referee steps in to save him - possibly a bit early but Blocko doesn't seem to be complaining.
