Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 13 - 14 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Hank Reardon!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Jeff Wood!
The judges for this bout are Hugh Johnson, Steve Erwin and Summer Carpenter.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Reardon throws a right hand that misses
and Wood counters with a leg kick.
Reardon thows a body shot but no joy.

Wood lands a left and a right that send Reardon crashing to the mat, dazed. Wood thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!


It looks like Hank Reardon has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Wood sends Reardon crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Wood is motioning to the referee to let Reardon up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!


Reardon is rocked!
Reardon blocks a head kick by Wood.
Oh Reardon is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Wood takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Reardon seems to have got his legs back now.


It looks like Jeff Wood has been cut.

Wood shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Reardon pinned against the cage. Reardon gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
