The judges for this bout are John Kavanagh, Columbo Gatti and Reed Andrews.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vaughan moves out of range as Wayne strikes.
Vaughan tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Wayne manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
A jab from Wayne does it's job there.
A shot to the liver by Wayne. Beautiful body shot.
Wayne misses with a straight left.
Wayne misses with a wild body shot.
Wayne throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Vaughan is looking to clinch but Wayne is avoiding it.

Vaughan shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Wayne as he jumps to the side.
Wayne looks to throw the jab but Vaughan is out of range.

Vaughan shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
Vaughan is looking to take a break and control but Wayne is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Vaughan thows a huge punch but Wayne dodges it nicely.

Wayne manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Vaughan manages to get himself to full guard.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

What can Vaughan do to escape this position? He's going to have to figure it out pretty quick if he wants to stay in the fight!

Tyson Vaughan overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

I really don't envy Vaughan right now.
Vaughan wants to control his opponent's hands but Wayne gets his hands free.

Wayne keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Vaughan's efforts to push away.

After the fight, Bruce Wayne was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
