Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Sam Kwaak (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Albert Steptoe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Steptoe comes into a darkened arena with his song building. . kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kwaak shoots in and drives through. Steptoe sprawls well.
Kwaak connects with a jab.
A telegraphed right hand from Kwaak misses the target.
Steptoe has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Steptoe there as he acknowledges the shot.

It looks like Albert Steptoe has been cut.
Steptoe takes a kick to the body and keeps moving.
Kwaak fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Steptoe is out of range.
Kwaak misses with a straight left.
Steptoe steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Kwaak.

Steptoe feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
