Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between John Cena (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mike Laid (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Cena's entrance music is my time is now. A fine choice. The key to victory for John Cena has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Laid throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Cena's waist but Cena gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Laid off to one side.
Laid looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Laid tries for a takedown but Cena circles away easily

and Cena counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Laid!
John Cena has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mike Laid.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Cena is trying to stand up but he's being controlled by his opponent.
Laid is trying to escape the mount.
Cena wants to control the pace but Laid is squirming around nicely.
Cena thowing shots but they're missing.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Cena looking to control but Laid is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.

Cena swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Laid is now in Cena's guard. A big mistake from Cena there, giving up the dominant position!
Cena avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.

Laid drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Cena manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Laid has Cena in his guard.
Cena wants to control from the top but Laid keeps moving.

Cena has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Laid to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Cena is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Laid pulls down on the head and he's put Cena to sleep! This one is all over!
