Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Eddie Gaven (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Steve Rogers (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rogers has chosen I Am A Real American as his entrance music. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gaven shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Rogers pinned against the cage. Rogers gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Rogers throws a big shot that misses.
Steve Rogers seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Gaven looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Rogers fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Gaven on the side of the head.

It looks like Eddie Gaven has been cut.
Rogers looks to land a left hand but Gaven moved out of range nicely.
Gaven throws a right hand that Rogers ducks under and follows up with a left that Rogers also avoids with ease.
Gaven fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Rogers avoids it really well and circles away.

Gaven throws a looping overhand right but Rogers ducks down to avoid it.
Gaven doesn't manage to clinch there - Rogers circles away.
Gaven throws a body punch but Rogers moves out of range.
Gaven misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Gaven looks to land a combination but Rogers avoids it well.
Gaven shoots in for a double leg but Rogers sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
