The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Perkovic throws out a leg kick but Henderson moves out of range and Perkovic only half commits.

Perkovic pushes Henderson up against the cage in a clinch.
Perkovic throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Henderson blocks it with crossed arms.

Perkovic has Henderson pressed up against the cage in a tight Thai clinch. Henderson is arching his back, trying to avoid the knees but a big one sneaks through from Perkovic - that's hurt Henderson badly! Oh, another knee lands and Henderson is covering up! The referee steps in to save him - possibly a bit early but Henderson doesn't seem to be complaining.
