The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wideman slips a jab and a cross from Stenner.
Stenner lands with a good body shot.
A left and a right from Stenner both land. Nice combination.

It looks like Chris Wideman has been cut.

Wideman shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Wideman trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
Wideman stops Stenner from standing up.

Stenner is working an open guard so Wideman takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
Stenner connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Stenner lands a head shot.

Stenner moves into the clinch.
Stenner lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.
Stenner is trying to break the clinch but Wideman is controlling him.
Stenner tries to circle away but Wideman has him pinned against the cage.
Stenner wants to break free but Wideman has control.

Wideman fails to pull guard.

Stenner breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Wideman throws a lazy uppercut
and Stenner counters with a two punch combo.
Stenner gets in close and tags Wideman with a short punch that almost sends Wideman to the mat! Oh Wideman is in big trouble! He turns his back on Stenner, trying to create some distance but Stenner rushes him, striking wildly and Wideman goes down! The referee tackles Stenner into the cage to end the fight! Stenner is one violent man!
