The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, William Gold and Richard Clark.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Barlow circles away from the clinch attempt
enabling Barlow to counter with a crisp jab.
Mcconnell gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Barlow to score an easy takedown into full guard.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Barlow passes Mcconnell's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Barlow is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Mcconnell trying to hold on to Barlow's head to control him but Barlow postures up.
Barlow is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
Barlow is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Mcconnell is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
