Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Herrick Goldman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tadashi Masaru (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Goldman comes to the cage accompanied by Gamma Ray - Blood Religion . On his way into the cage it seems that Herrick Goldman has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Herrick Goldman seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Anni Minnemäki, Johanna Lukiainen and Roosa Järviläinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Masaru throws a nice looking combination but Goldman bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Masaru's jab looks to have found its range, popping Goldman under the eye.
Masaru keeps the fight on the outside.

Masaru throws a looping overhand right but Goldman ducks down to avoid it.
Goldman walks into a straight right hand from Masaru.
Goldman takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Masaru cracks a nice hook into Goldman's ribs.

This has been an exciting period of action!

Goldman is looking to clinch but Masaru is avoiding it.
Masaru swings for the body but Goldman moves out of range.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Masaru connects with a body shot.
Goldman closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Masaru did well to prevent Goldman getting side control.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Goldman stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Masaru swivels though and keeps the full guard.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Goldman has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Masaru drops Goldman with a straight right hand, right on the button! Masaru follows him down to the mat and pounds him out with hammerfists until the referee jumps in to end the fight!

Our winner, Tadashi Masaru, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
