The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Lazarus drives through and clinches with Rotten against the cage.
Lazarus managing to block the knees to the body from Rotten.
Rotten is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Lazarus gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
Lazarus misses with a knee strike.
Lazarus throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Rotten blocks it with crossed arms.
Lazarus landing knees to the body. They look like they could hurt.
The pace really dropping off here, momentarily.
Lazarus tries a knee to the head but he's missed.

Lazarus manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.

It looks like Johnny Rotten has been cut.
Rotten tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Lazarus just stands there and leans against the cage.

Lazarus tries to land a knee to the head but Rotten blocks with his arms.
Lazarus jerks Rotten's head down, straight into the path of a devastating knee! Rotten drops to the floor in a crumpled heap! Lazarus goes to throw a finishing haymaker but pulls out - good sportsmanship from Lazarus because Rotten was completely out of it. That was a nice finish - just the right level of brutality to send everyone home happy.
