Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Johnny Priest (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Julius Lawson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Julius Lawson was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Priest throws a quick inside leg kick.
A big right from Lawson misses.
A good leg kick by Priest.
Lawson takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
A swing and a miss from Lawson.
Priest is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Lawson misses with a hook.
Lawson throws a low kick but Priest moves out of range easily.
Lawson throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Lawson ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Priest moves away.
Lawson avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Priest.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Lawson throws a series of punches but Priest avoids them all with ease.

Lawson tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Priest was well out of range. Poor timing from Lawson.
Lawson misses with an uppercut
and Priest counters with a big head kick but Lawson shrugs it off.
Priest feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Lawson's calf.
Priest scoring well with a low kick there.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Priest connects with a single shot there.
Priest is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range.
Lawson misses with an uppercut. Priest saw that one coming.

Priest closes the distance and pushes Lawson back into the cage.
Lawson takes an elbow to the forehead.

It looks like Julius Lawson has been cut.
Priest just leaning against Lawson, taking a breather.
Priest comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.
Priest lands a nice knee to the body.

Lawson's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!

That has opened up Julius Lawson's cut even more.

Priest scores with a nice hook to the head.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Priest creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
A bit of stalling here from Priest.
Priest creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Lawson's defenses.
Priest lands a glancing elbow in the clinch.
Priest lands an elbow inside.

The cut above Julius Lawson's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
Priest lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.

Julius Lawson's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
Priest blocks a body shot from Lawson.
Lawson tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
A nice glancing elbow lands by Priest.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Julius Lawson's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
