Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Paha SIka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Janne Maunonen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Maunonen has chosen Heavy metal kings - King Diamond as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Janne Maunonen has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The judges for this bout are Ben Zyskovitsi, Roosa Järviläinen and Marco Blurström.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Maunonen looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Maunonen chopping away at his opponent's legs.
SIka lands a nice looking kick to the body. Maunonen takes a step back to recover.
SIka throws a hook to the side of Maunonen's head but Maunonen sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Maunonen takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
SIka misses the shot to the body.
SIka darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
It looks like Janne Maunonen has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

SIka tries to land a leg kick but Maunonen saw it coming and moves away.

SIka missing with a left hand there. Maunonen was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.

and SIka counters with an outside leg kick.
Maunonen throws out a powerful jab.
SIka tries to clinch up.
Maunonen throws a hook but SIka blocks it.
SIka thows a left - swing and a miss!
SIka tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Maunonen paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Maunonen tries to work over SIka's front leg with a kick but SIka checks it.
SIka throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
Maunonen throws a push kick but SIka slaps the foot to one side.
Maunonen swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from SIka, right into the meat.

Maunonen closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
SIka tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Maunonen wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
Maunonen wants to control but SIka is keeping him busy.

SIka avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Maunonen.
Maunonen wants to lay and pray for a moment but SIka keeps working.

SIka is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Maunonen off and has taken his back!
Maunonen turns into SIka and is now in his guard.

SIka on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if SIka tries to get out of the position.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Maunonen wants to control from the top but SIka keeps moving.
Maunonen passes SIka's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Maunonen slips a nice elbow through SIka's hands, connecting with SIka's forehead.
Maunonen seems to be working for a kimura but SIka defends the submission attempt.
Maunonen winds up and cracks SIka with a swinging punch to the side of the head.
SIka tries to roll over but Maunonen keeps him under control.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
SIka won't allow Maunonen to pass to mount.
SIka is in trouble now - Maunonen has advanced to mount!
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
SIka pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Maunonen throws a quick inside leg kick.
Maunonen avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Maunonen punishes SIka's body with a nice straight punch.
Maunonen scores with a jab to the head.
A big right from Maunonen misses.
SIka wants to clinch up but Maunonen keeps it at a distance.
Maunonen shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Maunonen showed some decent athleticism there.
Maunonen is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Maunonen lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Maunonen cracks SIka with a big head shot that has him covering up instantly! He's rolled onto his side and the referee has seen enough - this one is aaaaaaaaaaall over!

Janne Maunonen really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that Katukauppa.com logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
