The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Conlin throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Conlin throws a series of punches but Vlad avoids them all with ease.
Conlin misses with a lunging right hand
and Vlad counters with a right hand to the body.
Vlad throws a one two combo.

It looks like Kevin Conlin has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Vlad scoring well with a low kick there.
Conlin is breathing heavily.
Vlad fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Vlad scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Conlin takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Vlad is throwing a storm of strikes! Right hook, left hook and follows it up with a spinning back fist! Conlin hits the canvas like a rag doll! And just like that, this one is over!
