Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sean Alexander (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Taras Bulba (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Alexander comes into the arena with Best Around By Joe Esposito blaring out of the sound system. Taras Bulba acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bulba shoots in for a takedown but Alexander shows good takedown defense.

Bulba gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.

Bulba is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Bulba wants to sweep here but Alexander controlling him for the moment.
Bulba has Alexander pulled in close to control his posture.

Alexander knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Bulba on the ground.

Alexander throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Bulba tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Alexander is in Bulba's guard.

Alexander stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Bulba swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Bulba had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Alexander defends it easily.

Alexander wants to stand but Bulba has a closed guard, so he can't escape.

Bulba has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Alexander can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

That was a close round but I would say that Sean Alexander will probably get the nod.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Bulba cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
