And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, James Eastman!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Eastman uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Schaefer.

Eastman shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Eastman was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

Schaefer stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Eastman swivels though and keeps the full guard.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Schaefer accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

OK we're going to have a standup here. James Eastman hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.
