Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Pedro Mantiega (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Big Bastard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mantiega comes to the cage accompanied by Gimme Shelter. Big Bastard has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Nice takedown defense from Bastard. No joy for Mantiega on that attempt.
Bastard fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Mantiega sprawls well initially but Bastard persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Well Bastard has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
