The judges for this bout are Steve Montenegro, Jonathan Paton and Russell Pearce.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Daniels tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but State was well out of range. Poor timing from Daniels.
State throws a nice looking combination but Daniels bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
State lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Daniels at a distance.
Daniels has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from State.
State avoids a low kick by using good footwork.
State moves out of range of the body kick from Daniels.
State scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
State uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Daniels.
Daniels tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Clayton Daniels.
