Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Drago Kozlov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dean Reed (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kozlov's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Back in the USSR. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 20 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Drago Kozlov!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 22 - 13 - 1, fighting out of Los Angeles, Dean Reed!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Reed is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Kozlov.
Reed throws a body punch but Kozlov moves out of range.
Reed scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.

enabling Kozlov to counter with a crisp jab.
Reed scores with a jab. Kozlov acknowledges it with a nod of the head.

Reed darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Reed is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Kozlov doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Reed.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Kozlov fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Reed.
Reed's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Reed takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
