Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Bobby Blade (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ike Clanton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Clanton decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Blade is trying to stand up here but Clanton is controlling him well.

Clanton is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Blade is just riding it out for now. Clanton eventually gives up the hold.
Blade wants to get back to his feet.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Clanton moves into full mount! Blade won't be happy about that!

Clanton is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Blade has managed to escape the submission attempt.

Clanton has hold of Blade's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Blade manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Clanton throwing strikes but Blade bucks up and reverses the position. He's now in guard on top.
Clanton looking to sit in guard and control but Blade gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
Clanton looking to hit a scissor sweep but Blade is one step ahead there.
Clanton is pulling down on Blade's head. It's preventing any offense from Blade, at least for the moment.

Blade wants to get up but he can't break Clanton's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
Blade throws a big right hand that misses.
Blade wants to control from the top but Clanton keeps moving.

Clanton is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.

Clanton throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Blade escapes and throws Clanton's legs to the side, diving into side control!
Blade lands some shots froms side control.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

Blade decides to take the fight back to the feet.
Clanton shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Blade but Blade pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Blade throws a nice looking combination but Clanton bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Clanton has a takedown stuffed.
Blade misses with a series of wild punches.
Clanton throws a left and a right that both miss

and Blade counters by moving into the clinch.

Blade breaks the clinch.
Blade tries to close the distance and clinch but Clanton swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Clanton looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Blade is fending him off so far but Clanton persists. Nope, Blade circles away and we're back to standing.
Bobby Blade has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ike Clanton.
Blade fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close round but Ike Clanton will probably get the nod.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Horrible takedown by Clanton or perhaps it was just good defense by Blade which made him look bad.
Blade fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
A slapping leg kick lands for Blade.
A solid leg kick lands there for Blade.
The fight stays on the outside here - Blade looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Clanton moves away from the strike by Blade.
Clanton takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Blade throws out a leg kick but Clanton moves out of range and Blade only half commits.
Blade fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Clanton checks it well.
Clanton is breathing heavily.
No joy there for Blade, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Nice defenses there by Blade.

Clanton closes the distance and clinches up with Blade, looking for a takedown. Clanton pushes Blade against the cage but Blade circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Bobby Blade seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Clanton uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Blade.
Blade takes a swing at Clanton's ribcage but misses.
Blade is looking to clinch but Clanton is avoiding it.
A chopping leg kick lands by Blade.
Blade is looking to land body kicks.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Clanton.

Blade lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Blade scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Clanton doesn't seem bothered though.
