The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jabbar shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Knoxville sprawls well. Knoxville wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Jabbar gets slowly back to his feet.
Knoxville stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Knoxville wants it to stay on the feet.
Jabbar shoots in looking for a takedown but Knoxville manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Jabbar's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Johnny Knoxville has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Hakeem Jabbar.
Jabbar shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Knoxville defends it nicely.
Jabbar looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

Knoxville lands a big head kick that sends Jabbar tumbling to the mat! Knoxville takes a step backwards and waves Jabbar back to his feet - he wants the finish!

It looks like Hakeem Jabbar has been cut.
Jabbar is trying desperately to land a takedown but Knoxville is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Jabbar.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Jabbar glances at the clock... BAM! Knoxville nails him with a big right hand! A momentary lapse in concentration sends Jabbar crashing to the mat! The referee steps in and this one is over! Damn, Jabbar is out of it, he thinks the ref is his opponent!
