Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Jesus Saez!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Marva Kuebler!
The judges for this bout are Sergei Dronov, Aleksei Zolotukhin and Aleksandr Martynov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Saez tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Saez shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
Saez will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Kuebler sneaks a leg under to get to half guard.
Kuebler has hold of a guillotine but he's not going to be able to crank on it really with only half guard, so it's no trouble for Saez. Oh but Kuebler has got full guard now! Oh boy! This one could be over very soon! Saez goes limp - he's gone! Kuebler jumps up and celebrates with the crowd - fantastic submission finish!
