Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between David Long (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pierre Riley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Riley is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by The Joker and The Thief. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Long scores with a sloppy right hand. Riley should have avoided that one.
Riley takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Long throws a nice inside leg kick.
Long staying out of range there.
Long fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Long uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Riley has time to react.
Riley is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Long.
Riley moves forwards but Long connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Long misses with an uppercut. Riley saw that one coming.
Long throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Riley sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Riley fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Riley has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Long finds it's way round the side to connect with Riley's head.

Long throws a lazy right hand but Riley sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

Riley stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.

Riley is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Long feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Rileys jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!

Riley is trying desperately to land a takedown but Long is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Riley.

Riley throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Long's waist but Long gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Riley off to one side.

Riley's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Long connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Riley scrambles back to his feet.
Long scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Riley doesn't seem bothered though.

Riley shoots in and bounces Long off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Long utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!

Riley closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
