And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, John Jefferson!
The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Gwen Towbar and Cecil Peabody.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Some bone on bone action there as McGhee checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
McGhee walks forward, straight into a front kick from Jefferson.
Jefferson lands a head kick!
McGhee shoots in looking for a takedown but Jefferson manages to keep the fight standing, pushing McGhee's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
McGhee is breathing heavily.
Jefferson scores with a head kick.
Jefferson fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt McGhee.
McGhee tries to score a power double leg takedown but Jefferson sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten McGhee somewhat.
Jefferson scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Jefferson connects with an inside leg kick.
McGhee takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
McGhee steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Jefferson. That one must have hurt.
Jefferson throws a nice inside leg kick.
Jefferson plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!

Jefferson thows a body kick. McGhee tries to catch it but that hurt him.
John Jefferson is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Jefferson lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.

Jefferson thumps McGhee with a low kick.
Good leg kick by Jefferson there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Jefferson moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

McGhee is rocked!
Jefferson throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Oh McGhee is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Whack! Jefferson lands a heavy head kick that drops McGhee. The ref tackles Jefferson to stop the fight - a great save by the referee because McGhee was done.
