Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between George Ang (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tronic Thermo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ang comes to the cage accompanied by Darude - Sandstorm. Thermo has chosen Party Hard by Andrew W.K. as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. The fight MMA fans around the world have waited their entire lives for!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 17 - 14 - 0, fighting out of New York, Tronic Thermo!
The judges for this bout are Reed Andrews, John Roberts and David Schapiro.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ang uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Ang throws a nice looking combination but Thermo bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Ang displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Thermo.
Tronic Thermo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Ang darts in and clinches Thermo up against the cage.

Ang breaks the clinch.
Nice straight punches there by Ang. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Ang.
Ang looks to land a combination but Thermo avoids it well.
Ang looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.

Ang closes the distance and pushes Thermo back into the cage.

Ang pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Ang.

Thermo takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
Thermo shoots in but Ang avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Thermo shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Ang as he avoids it easily.
George Ang has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tronic Thermo.

and Ang counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Thermo!
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Ang lands a nice shot to the head.
Ang postures up and throws a couple of big shots that have Thermo in real trouble here! The ref calls for Thermo to improve his position which he doesn't do, so the referee has no choice but to end the fight due to the strikes!
