Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between John Burza (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Fred Smoot (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Burza comes to the ring accompanied by Enter Sandman. The crowd seem to be enjoying Smoot's choice of entrance music: new York. Fred Smoot has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 15 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Fred Smoot!
The judges for this bout are Albert Achterberg, Saam Ante and Paulsen Ambrosius.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Smoot ties up his opponent against the ropes and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Smoot no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.

The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

Smoot working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Burza doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Burza manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Smoot has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Burza should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Smoot has tightened it up now! Burza should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
