Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Mark Keefer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Billa Bong (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bong is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Bite Marks - Screeching Weasel. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Timothy Bukovac and Jack Bonds.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bong misses with a looping right.
Keefer will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Bong feints a jab promting Keefer to slip. Bong then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Keefer slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
Billa Bong seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Bong connects with a single shot there.
Bong misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Bong uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Keefer.
Bong misses with a head kick.
Some wild striking there from Bong.
Keefer thumps Bong with a low kick.
Sloppy strikes from Bong. Those never looked like landing.
Keefer has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Bong.
Keefer blocks a head kick by Bong.
Keefer keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.

Bong lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Keefer circles away quickly and effectively.
Bong fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Keefer avoids it really well and circles away.

Keefer misses with a series of wild punches.
Keefer throws a head kick that misses.
Keefer swings for the body but Bong moves out of range.
Keefer lands with a nice combination. Bong backs away looking to recover.

It looks like Billa Bong has been cut.
Bong doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.

Bong misses with a hook. Keefer ducked under it nicely.
Keefer throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Bong walks into a stiff left hand from Keefer.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Keefer misses with a jab, cross combination.
Bong bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Keefer's head backwards.
Keefer throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Bong dodges the punch combination from Keefer.

Bong shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
Bong can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Keefer is looking to escape.
Keefer is desperately trying to get back to half guard.

The referee warns Keefer that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
Bong landing strikes from the mount and Keefer is in trouble!

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Bong cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

Bong can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Keefer is looking to escape.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Keefer working to try and regain half guard.
Keefer is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
Bong is landing with some decent strikes but Keefer is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.
Keefer is trying to escape the mount.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Keefer tries to lock up and control but Bong gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Bong lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.
Keefer is desperately trying to improve his position but Bong has a good base and remains in mount.
Oooh a big shot lands for Bong! Keefer is out! The ref dives in to save him from more punishment!
