Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Finley Stewart (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and James Kelly (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Kelly gets a clinch.
Stewart tries to circle away but Kelly has him pinned against the cage.
Stewart wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Kelly has him pressed against the cage.

Kelly's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Stewart circles away from the clinch attempt.
Kelly shoots in for a double leg but Stewart sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Kelly digs a good hook to Stewart's body.
Stewart showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Kelly.
Stewart stuffs the takedown.

Stewart gets a clinch.
Kelly blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.
Kelly has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Stewart is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Finley Stewart has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of James Kelly.
Kelly lands with a right to the head.
Kelly avoids a wild elbow strike from Stewart.
Kelly can't find room to land a body shot as Stewart controls the action.

Kelly decides to pull guard.

The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Kelly can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Stewart controls the pace.
Stewart tries to free his leg and advance position but Kelly is retaining full guard.
Kelly wants to stand and escape but Stewart is having none of it.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Stewart working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Kelly's head.

Stewart tries to move to mount but Kelly blocks the move with his legs.

Kelly is trying to escape the position but Stewart is controlling the position.

Stewart is trying to get an arm triangle but Kelly is defending well.
Kelly is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
Kelly looks gassed!
Kelly is not content to let Stewart control the position.

Stewart has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Stewart avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Kelly takes one to the chin there.
Kelly looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Stewart shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Kelly pinned against the cage. Kelly gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Kelly has taken the fight to the clinch.

Kelly drags the fight down to the ground.
Kelly has a closed guard, preventing Stewart from standing up.
Kelly pulls Stewart in close to prevent any damage.

Kelly pushes Stewart off and gets back to his feet.

Kelly lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Stewart circles away quickly and effectively.
Stewart keeps the fight on the outside.

Stewart closes the distance and pushes Kelly back into the cage.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Kelly utilising his Muay Thai to score with a knee to the body.

Kelly has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Stewart regains guard immediately.

Stewart looking for a triangle here. Kelly is fighting it but it looks tight! Stewart pulls the arm across and this one won't last much longer! Nope, Kelly is tapping out - this one is all over!
