Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Genghis Khan!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Jett Padilla!
The judges for this bout are Hirohito Nitta, Ren Mimura and Shirou Masuda.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Khan looking to score a takedown here. Padilla is defending well but Khan drives through and ends up in Padilla's guard.
Khan is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Khan keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Padilla's head.
Padilla preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
Khan passes into half guard.

Khan decides to return to a standing position.
Padilla looks gassed!

Khan closes the distance and clinches.
Padilla can't break the clinch.

Padilla lands a damaging elbow.
Khan tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Padilla just stands there and leans against the cage.
Padilla is trying to break the clinch but Khan is controlling him.
Padilla wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.
Khan looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.
Khan content to slow the pace in the clinch.
Padilla has had enough of the clinch but Khan keeps him there for the moment.
Padilla is trying to force a seperation but Khan has the dominant position.
Padilla tries to break the clinch but Khan is controlling the position.
Khan has Padilla pressed against the cage, preventing Padilla from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
A frustrated look appears on Khan's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Padilla tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Khan just stands there and leans against the cage.

Khan drags the fight down to the ground.
Khan keeping moving, preventing Padilla from controlling successfully.
Khan bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Padilla's guard.
Khan will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Khan lands a couple of elbows.
Khan sitting in guard, not really doing much.

Khan stands up from Padilla's guard - Khan perhaps looking for a knockout.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Khan closes the distance and clinches.
Khan drops down looking for an ankle pick but Padilla pulls his leg out and moves away.

Khan darts in and clinches Padilla up against the cage.

A bit of stalling here from Khan.
Padilla avoiding damage as Khan throws knees to the body.

Khan has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Padilla clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!
What can Padilla do to escape this position? He's going to have to figure it out pretty quick if he wants to stay in the fight!
Khan lands with a couple of good shots - one to the side of the head and one questionable shot that could be viewed as to the back of the head but the referee lets it go.
