Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Billy Goat (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Michael Patton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Goat comes to the cage accompanied by Impaled Nazarene - Cult of the Goat. The crowd seem to be enjoying Patton's choice of entrance music: Zatox and Tatanka - Kickin Ass. Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Goat changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Patton tries to avoid it but Goat manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Patton to the ground. Patton escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

That was a close round but I would say that Billy Goat will probably get the nod.

and Patton counters with a straight right hand.
Patton tries to land a front kick but Goat steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Patton connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Goat shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
Patton sizes up Goat with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

The referee warns Patton that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.

Oooooh, big shot lands for Goat! Patton is hurt baaadly! Goat is firing away with more strikes - Patton is covering up... the ref is warning him to do something. He's just covering up though still and the ref has to step in to end the fight! This one is all over!
