Bo thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Shui Bai's head.
Bo looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Shui Bai with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Bo is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.

Bo is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Shui Bai defends it well.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Banner Bo dominated that round.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!

Bo slaps away a takedown attempt from Shui Bai, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Shui Bai fails with an attempt to clinch.
Bo avoids a kick to the body.
Shui Bai on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Shui Bai throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Bo's waist but Bo gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Shui Bai off to one side.
Chen Shui Bai seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Shui Bai shoots in and drives through. Bo sprawls well.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Chen Shui Bai. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Bo swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

Bo shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Bo was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Shui Bai tries to hold on but Bo pushes him away.
Bo is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Shui Bai can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Bo has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Shui Bai's face.

Shui Bai is rocked!
Bo looking to finish here with some ground and pound. He lands one big shot that has Shui Bai covering up... and two more big strikes land, forcing the referee to step in and put and end to proceedings! This fight is all over!
