Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Bryan Fury (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Artem Ivanov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Fury might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Beast !. The crowd seem to be enjoying Ivanov's choice of entrance music: Mad World. Artem Ivanov will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fury wants to clinch up but Ivanov keeps it at a distance.
Ivanov shoots in but Fury avoids the takedown attempt easily.

Fury rushes Ivanov and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Ivanov goes for a takedown in the clinch but Fury prevents it.
Fury tries a knee to the head but he's missed.
Fury tries to land a knee to the head but misses.
Fury with an attempt at a knee that misses.
Fury with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.

Ivanov turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Ivanov manages to end up in side control.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
Fury is looking for a sweep.
Fury gets back to half guard.

Ivanov is looking for a kimura here.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Ivanov uses his free foot to push down on Fury's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Fury.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Ivanov trying to control but he's not successful this time.
Ivanov won't let Fury get back to his feet... He wants to keep the fight where it is for now.
Ivanov postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Fury looks a forlorn figure.

It looks like Bryan Fury has been cut.
Ivanov has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Ivanov throws some shoulder strikes here and then postures up. Oh, he's gone for an armbar! Fury has his hands clasped together but Ivanov breaks the hold and Fury is forced to tap! This one is aaaaaaaaaaall over! That was lightning fast by Ivanov!
