Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Dejan Simunic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Anderson Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Simunic has a slight injury, which hopefully won't affect the fight too much. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Simunic misses with a few strikes there.
Silva connects with a leg kick. Simunic looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
Simunic is breathing heavily.
Silva lands a nice leg kick that just misses Simunic's sensitive parts.
Silva lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.
Silva closes the distance and clinches up with Simunic, looking for a takedown. Silva pushes Simunic against the cage but Simunic circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Silva lands with a kick to the temple. Simunic shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Silva lands a big head kick that sends Simunic tumbling to the mat! Silva takes a step backwards and waves Simunic back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Simunic is rocked!
Dejan Simunic seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Silva throws an overhand right that has Simunic reeling! Silva follows up with more punches and Simunic is out cold! This one is all over!
