Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Randy Swick (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Timo Mikkonen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mikkonen is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Eilinen, huominen, yhteinen. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mikkonen cracks Swick with an open hand slap.
Swick tries to close the distance and clinch up but Mikkonen swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Despite being in the dominant position, Timo Mikkonen just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Swick lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Mikkonen seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Swick does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
