Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jason Carter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Markku Mannersormi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Carter might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Soulja Boy Tell'em - Crank That. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Wesley Smith and Cecil Peabody.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mannersormi dives in and grabs Carter's left leg, looking for a takedown. Carter pushes down on Mannersormi's head and hops out.
Carter fails with a takedown attempt.
Carter will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

Mannersormi gets caught flat footed, as Carter shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Carter stays in close to Mannersormi's body and controls the position.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Mannersormi is on top in guard.
Mannersormi lands a couple of decent looking shots.
Carter wants to get back to his feet but Mannersormi is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
Mannersormi stands up over Carter, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Mannersormi accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Mannersormi slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
