Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Anselmi Hamara (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hassan Mohammad (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hamara comes into the arena with Ruoska - Kiroan blaring out of the sound system. The crowd seem to be enjoying Mohammad's choice of entrance music: Thé à la Menthe / La Caution / Instrumental. Hassan Mohammad is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A looping hook to the body misses from Mohammad. Hamara does a little dance to reset his feet.
Mohammad takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Hamara slips a straight right by Mohammad.
A head kick misses from Mohammad.
Mohammad misses with an uppercut

and Hamara counters with a nice double leg into side control. Mohammad won't be happy with that.
Mohammad is not content to let Hamara control the position.

Hamara tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
A lull in the action here.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Hamara lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face.
Hamara controlling the position from side mount.
Mohammad can't do much from the bottom here.
Hamara grinds an elbow into Mohammad's temple.

It looks like Hassan Mohammad has been cut.
You can see the frustration on Mohammad's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Check out the look on Hamara's face as he threw that strike - that's one determined fighter!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Mohammad tries to buck Hamara off but Hamara is having none of it.
The ground and pound from Hamara seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent.

Hamara goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Mohammad rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Hamara's guard! Nice work there by Mohammad!

Hamara had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Mohammad defends it easily.

Hamara has an active guard here but Mohammad has managed to pass into half guard.
Hamara is trying to stand.

Hamara won't allow Mohammad to pass to mount.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Mohammad is figuring out what he wants to do next.
Hamara is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Mohammad wants to lay and pray for a moment but Hamara keeps working.

Mohammad stands up and beckons Hamara to join him on the feet.
Hamara throws a right and a left that both miss.
Hamara shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Mohammad sprawls well. Mohammad wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Hamara gets slowly back to his feet.

and Hamara counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Mohammad ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Hamara moves away.
Mohammad throws a poor cross that misses
and Hamara counters with a nice leg kick.

Hamara tries a low kick but Mohammad avoids it.
Hamara wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Mohammad looks gassed!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Mohammad throws a looping overhand right but Hamara ducks down to avoid it.
Hamara lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Mohammad at a distance.
Hamara thows a body kick. Mohammad tries to catch it but that hurt him.
Hamara feints and then cracks Mohammad's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Mohammad down.

Hamara lands an overhand right.

Hassan Mohammad's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Hassan Mohammad's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
