Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Ratt Hughes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Korto Grepplund (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hughes comes to the cage accompanied by Country boy can survive. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are Marco Blurström, Roosa Järviläinen and Anni Minnemäki.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hughes misses with a body shot.
Hughes throws the left hand but Grepplund avoids the punch easily.
Ratt Hughes seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Hughes slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Hughes misses the body punch
and Grepplund counters with a lovely straight right hand!
A decent looking cross lands there for Hughes.
Hughes digs a good hook to Grepplund's body.
Hughes misses with a low kick.
Hughes drops Grepplund with a left right combo! Hughes follows him down to the ground into side control.
Grepplund is rocked!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Hughes lands a strong strike to the head of Grepplund. That's dazed him! Hughes looking to finish here. Grepplund is waving his arms around trying to block but he's hurt badly - Hughes lands more strikes and the referee steps in to end the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:50 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Ratt Hughes!
Our winner, Ratt Hughes, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
