The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cooper tries to clinch but Douser moves out of range.
Cooper stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Cooper wants it to stay on the feet.

Douser displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Cooper.

and Douser counters with a three punch combo that has Cooper backing up. Cooper nods at Douser to acknowledge the strikes.
Cooper tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Douser manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

That was a close round but I would say that Snoofty Douser will probably get the nod.

Douser throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Cooper's waist but Cooper gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Douser off to one side.

Cooper unloads a knee to the mid-section. Douser lets out a prehistoric sounding urrrrgh.

Snoofty Douser is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
Cooper is trying to drag Douser to the mat but Douser just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.

I would just about give that final round to Jack Cooper.
