Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Skip Squint, Winston Howard and John Mangel.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Junior shoots in and drives through. Carpenter sprawls well.
A combination from Carpenter does no damage.
Junior throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Carpenter fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

Carpenter paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Carpenter stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Carpenter scores with a hook to the body. Junior takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.

Junior is breathing heavily.

Carpenter with a jab.
Junior is rocked!
Carpenter connects with a good straight punch right through the guard and follows up with a right hook and a left hook! That last one sent Junior tumbling to the canvas! Carpenter pours on the pressure with more strikes and the referee has no hesitation diving in to stop the fight! Junior was done - good stoppage!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:15 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Jimmy Carpenter!
