The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Revenier tries to clinch but James is having none of it.
James pulls out of a head kick attempt.

Revenier shoots in looking for a takedown. James tries to sprawl out of it but Revenier keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. James manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Jesse James has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of James Revenier.

James goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
James misses with a few strikes there.
Jesse James is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Revenier throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around James's waist but James gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Revenier off to one side.
Revenier will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Revenier shoots for a double leg takedown but James sprawls well. He's pushed Revenier's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Revenier is trying desperately to land a takedown but James is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Revenier.

Revenier fakes high and swings low for a body shot but James manages to avoid it.

James breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Revenier misses with a takedown attempt - James sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Revenier throws an uppercut from half a mile away. James sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Revenier throws a head kick that misses.
James thows a body shot but no joy.
Revenier tries to clinch up but James circles away and keeps his distance.
James jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Revenier takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.

James misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
James swats away the attempt to clinch by Revenier.
Revenier slips a jab and a cross from James.
James will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
James looks to land a body kick but Revenier moved away.
James throws a nice looking combination but Revenier bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
James tries a head kick but it misses.

Decent striking displayed by James there.
James lands with a right and another and another! Revenier is in big trouble! James lands again and this time it's lights out for Revenier! A quality knockout there for James.
