The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kong throws a series of punches but Mma moves out of range.
Kong throws a right hand that Mma ducks under and follows up with a left that Mma also avoids with ease.
Kong throws a right and a left that Mma avoids nicely.

Kong bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.

It looks like Complete Mma has been cut.
Mma tries to move into range but Kong moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Kong misses with a double jab.
Kong swinging wildly here.
Kong tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Mma was well out of range. Poor timing from Kong.
Kong misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Mma.
Kong wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Mma throws out a token jab with nothing on it.

Kong slaps away a takedown attempt from Mma, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Kong tests Mma's chin there with a solid looking shot.

Mma drives through with a takedown into Kong's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position.

Mma drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Mma jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Mma is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Mma forces his way into half guard.

Mma is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
Kong wants to improve his position but Mma is controlling well.
Kong tries to kick Mma off but Mma keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
Kong is looking to control Mma's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Kong avoid being mounted?

Mma wants to work for an arm triangle but Kong is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.

Mma is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
