The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ismael takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Martin takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Martin scores with a hook.

It looks like Lee Ismael has been cut.

Oooooh!!! Martin has knocked Ismael down with a huge combo! Martin steps away and waves a wobbly Ismael back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

Ismael is rocked!
Martin is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Martin throws a nice looking combination but Ismael bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Oh Ismael is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
A looping hook to the body misses from Ismael. Martin does a little dance to reset his feet.

and Ismael cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

Ismael uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Martin.
Martin throws a body kick despite being completely out of range
and Ismael counters with a one-two to the body.
Martin delivers a nice body kick.
Martin throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.

Martin connects with a leg kick. Ismael looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
Ismael uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Martin.
Sloppy strikes from Martin. Those never looked like landing.
Ismael moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Ismael fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Martin connects with a jab.
Ismael just misses with a punch to the body.
Martin throws a lazy right hand but Ismael sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Ismael swings for the body but Martin moves out of range.
A jab lands there for Martin.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

and Martin counters with a good, hard body kick but Ismael shrugs it off.
Martin lands a brutal head kick. Ismael looks out on his feet and Martin throws more strikes until the ref is forced to stop the fight!

Michael Martin decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
