Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Simeon White!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

3 - 6 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Helmut Doerner!
The judges for this bout are Anni Minnemäki, Matti Vanhoillinen and Tarja Halkonen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Doerner lands with a hook. White tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Doerner lands a really nice looking cross but White seems unphased.
It looks like Simeon White has been cut.
White lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.
It looks like Helmut Doerner has been cut.
White avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Doerner throws a series of strikes that have White backpedaling.
White is rocked!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
White throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Oh White is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
White misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Doerner drives through with a takedown into White's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position.

White is trying to hold Doerner in close to prevent damage but Doerner has managed to pass into half guard.
White seems to have got his legs back now.
Doerner in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. White tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Doerner!

Helmut Doerner decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
