Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between JW Alonso (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jet Leet (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Leet has chosen hhhhh as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 18 - 7 - 0, fighting out of London, Jet Leet!
The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, Daniel Bishop and James Ackerman.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Leet lands a nice looking body shot.
Leet cracks Alonso with a good jab.
Leet thuds a left hand into Alonso's body.
Leet shoots in for a double leg but Alonso sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Leet will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Alonso tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Leet counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Nice shot lands for Leet.
Alonso uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Leet.
Leet digs a good hook to Alonso's body.
Good standup being displayed there by Leet as he connects with a hook.

Leet looking for a takedown here - he's got it.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Alonso wants to sweep but no luck.
Leet looking to pass the guard.

Leet throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
Leet tries to free his leg and advance position but Alonso is retaining full guard.
Leet cracks Alonso with a solid left hand.
Leet looking to pass the guard.
Alonso might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Alonso is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Leet is controlling him.
Leet lands a couple of elbows.
Leet trying to control the position from guard on top but Alonso is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Leet throwing strikes from guard but Alonso blocks nicely.

Leet advances position into side control!
Leet lands a nice forearm strike.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Leet slows the pace down.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Leet misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.
Leet creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots.
Leet lands an elbow.

Leet is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Alonso is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Alonso is not in a great position here, taking some shots.

Leet scoring with punches and elbows.
Leet lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face.
Alonso takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.

Alonso is rocked!
Alonso is breathing heavily.
Leet cracks Alonso with an elbow. That is naaassty.
Oh Alonso is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Leet taking a breather here.
Alonso seems to have got his legs back now.
Leet connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Alonso some visible discomfort.
Alonso can't do much from the bottom here.

Leet is trying to get an arm triangle but Alonso is defending well.

Alonso on the wrong end of some ground and pound.
Leet trying to control the position but Alonso is working away.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Leet working away diligently from side control. Landing strikes effectively there - that will score him some points on the judges scorecards.
The strikes coming from Leet are missing the target in this wave of attacks.

Leet tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
Alonso parries the strikes from Leet easily there. Leet is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Alonso to escape.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Jet Leet dominated that round.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!

Alonso gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Leet to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Leet is looking to work some ground and pound but Alonso has wrist control.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Leet's corner. There ya go! There ya go!
Leet has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
Leet lands a couple of elbows.
Leet wants to control from the top but Alonso keeps moving.
Leet working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
Leet postures up and lands a big shot to Alonso's brow.
Alonso looking to control.
Leet postures up in Alonso's guard and throws a big left but Alonso blocks it.
Alonso on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Alonso tries to get out of the position.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Alonso is trying to control the position but Leet postures up.

Alonso can't keep his opponent in guard - Leet advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
Alonso tries to roll over but Leet keeps him under control.
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Leet lands a nice short elbow.
Alonso is staying active underneath Leet, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
Alonso is in trouble now - Leet has advanced to mount!
Leet lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Alonso is in a horrible position here. Leet smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Oooh a big shot lands for Leet! Alonso is out! The ref dives in to save him from more punishment!
