The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
PrudHomme closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Rasp did well to prevent PrudHomme getting side control.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Rasp looking for submissions off his back.
The fighters are battling for position here. Rasp manages to regain full guard. Nice work.
PrudHomme might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Rasp avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
Rasp has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think PrudHomme should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Rasp has tightened it up now! PrudHomme should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
