Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Hjalmar Soderberg (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Carlos Villefort (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Carlos Villefort is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Villefort displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Soderberg throws out the jab.
Soderberg misses with an uppercut. Villefort saw that one coming.
Soderberg swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Soderberg connects with a single shot there.
Soderberg fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Villefort manages to avoid it.
Villefort throws a right and a left that both miss.
Soderberg tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Villefort was well out of range. Poor timing from Soderberg.
Villefort throws a wild combination but nothing lands.

Soderberg fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Villefort sprawls well initially but Soderberg persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Soderberg will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Soderberg is pressing down on Villefort's thigh, looking to free his foot. Villefort is holding on for now.
Soderberg is working hard here to advance position.
Soderberg frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Villefort really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Soderberg. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Villefort has left one of his arms exposed and Soderberg doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. Villefort screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.
