Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dan Tip (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mickey Davis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tip comes to the cage accompanied by Roy Jones Jr - Can't Be Touched. Davis has chosen Deftones - Beware as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice takedown defense from Davis. No joy for Tip on that attempt.
Tip will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Horrible takedown by Tip or perhaps it was just good defense by Davis which made him look bad.
Davis drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Tip tries to improve position but can't.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Davis looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Tip with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Davis is working for the rear naked choke. He has one arm under the chin but Tip has hold of the other arm. A bit of a stalemate here.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

Davis breaks from Tip's wrist control and lands an elbow.

Tip has gone for a leg lock! Davis slips out almost immediately though and dives into Tip's guard.

Davis is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Tip has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Davis is looking to defend but Tip has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Davis! Tip pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Davis taps out and this one is all over!
