Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ray Slayer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Fuji Suzuki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for Ray Slayer has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Ray Slayer!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Fuji Suzuki!
The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Yamamoto, Yuuki Gou and Sosuke Kotani.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Slayer shoots in but Suzuki avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Suzuki throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Suzuki smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
No luck for Slayer with that takedown attempt.
Slayer lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Slayer shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Suzuki pinned against the cage. Suzuki gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ray Slayer. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Slayer connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Suzuki blocks a head kick by Slayer.
Suzuki tries to clinch but Slayer is having none of it.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for leaving it all in the cage!

Slayer jumps guard but Suzuki stands there with Slayer around his waist. Slayer gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Slayer blocks a body shot from Suzuki.
Suzuki lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the cage.
Suzuki tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
Slayer tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Slayer looking to stall.

An uppercut to the body lands inside from Suzuki.
Suzuki lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the cage.

Slayer manages to pull guard.
Slayer wants to get back to his feet but Suzuki is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

Slayer might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Slayer tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Slayer looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Slayer is on top in guard.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Suzuki can do anything to dispel that myth.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Slayer is looking to stand up but Suzuki won't let him.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Slayer ducks down and throws a hook to the body.

and Slayer counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

Suzuki stuffs the takedown attempt from Slayer. Slayer gets slowly back to his feet.
Slayer throws a hook to the side of Suzuki's head but Suzuki sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Suzuki cracks Slayer with a nice body shot.
Suzuki lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Slayer or not.

Slayer is looking to control Suzuki's arms but Suzuki gets an underhook and turns him. Now Slayer has his back to the cage.

Fuji Suzuki showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. This is the final round!

Slayer wants to control the pace but Suzuki is squirming around nicely.
Suzuki has given up his back, trying to stand up. Not clever.
Slayer is not going to allow Suzuki to sit and survive in this position.
The crowd hopeful of a finish here - Slayer's supporters are on their feet, screaming for him to go for the rear naked choke.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.

Slayer has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Suzuki has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!
Slayer gets his hands free as Suzuki looks to control.

Suzuki is trying to control the position but Slayer manages to sink in the RNC - Suzuki is forced to tap!
