The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Daly feints a jab promting Taylor to slip. Daly then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Taylor slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.

Daly drives through and clinches with Taylor against the cage.
Taylor throws a head punch that misses.
Daly is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Taylor is defending well for now.
Daly blocks a body shot from Taylor.
Still in the clinch, Taylor scores with a nice short uppercut.
Taylor lands a left hand.
Daly throws an elbow but it's blocked.
Daly misses with the head strike.
Taylor working on landing some head shots here - that one got through nicely.
Daly keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Taylor's efforts to push away.
Taylor blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Daly tries to land a knee to the head but Taylor blocks with his arms.
Daly avoids a wild elbow strike from Taylor.
Taylor drops down looking for an ankle pick but Daly pulls his leg out and moves away.

Taylor gets a double leg takedown into Daly's guard.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Taylor decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.

Daly fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.

Taylor looking to isolate an arm here. Daly doesn't see it coming and as Taylor extends the arm, he's forced to tap out! Nice submission by Taylor!
